Bradley is being raised by his grandparents. He was taken into care right away when he was born. He is a very sweet, kind and loving person. He has a developmental disability and autism. He is open to new experiences. He has been in the Urban Surf 4 Kids mentorship program and has absolutely thrived in it. It has been a huge blessing to see his growth in confidence, independence, and willingness to try new things.
