Joey ended up in kinship care at 10 months old. He was a little afraid when he found himself in a new location in California but was so happy to see his two older siblings. He has autism and ADHD and works so hard each day to overcome any struggles. He prefers to stay close to home, rather than go out. He likes to use the computer and it is how he connect to the world.
