Jesse is in foster care and is placed in a separate home from his siblings. He is an amazing young man, and there is no other word that better describes him. He puts in a tremendous amount of effort into everything he does. Jesse wants to be friends with everyone, and he is kind and helpful. Although he has a lot of catching up to do in school, he gives it his all and works hard.
