Walter is a well-mannered young man that was placed in custody by the state due to neglect by his biological mother. Walter and his siblings are placed in the home of their grandparents through kinship care. Walter helps his grandparents with chores around the house. He loves both of his grandparents and is glad to be in their home and is happy for the love they have shown he and his siblings.
