Charlie is bright, active, and sweet. He has been in the foster care system for several years. His foster mother changed her whole life to care for Charlie and his older brother. She has implemented consistency, love, and structure in their daily routine to give these boys a successful future. Charlie loves hanging out with friends and being around people.
