Kelvin was in and out of foster care for a while. He is now in a stable and loving foster home with his younger sibling and moving towards adoption! Kelvin is extremely smart and loves to make new friends. He enjoys going to church and exudes the utmost kindness. He spends a lot of time playing video games, such as his all-time favorite Fortnite.
