Victor, 10 years old, OR
Victor is a cheerful bundle of energy! He loves playing soccer, collecting Pokémon cards, shooting hoops, and running to say hi to the neighbors, always with a big smile. No matter how busy he is, Victor always takes time to say thank you kindly. He lives with his brother in a small community for families facing tough times. Unfortunately, their neighborhood recently lost funding and no longer has a social worker to help them.
