No one knows or cares more about Pokémon than Victor! There are so many important characters to keep track of; and frankly to learn from! It's one of the few times Victor slows down to catch his breath and catch a Pokémon card. Its soooo much fun to open a new deck!

Victor is a bubbly ball of vivacious energy! Whether kicking soccer balls, collecting Pokemon cards, shooting hoops, or racing over to greet the neighbors, Victor bounces and bursts in with a smile. But no matter how busy he is, Victor ALWAYS stops and makes time for really polite thank yous.
