Arthur has been with DCFS since he was six years old. Arthur has overcome many struggles, and currently, his biggest challenge is catching up and doing well in school. He recently joined the RTC and likes to be involved in sports. He is behind in school and is working hard to catch up throughout the semester and summer school.
