Mark is a strong little fighter and a very active toddler! He was born with global delays, gray matter heterotopia, and fetal alcohol syndrome, but he is always smiling and playing around with his siblings and cousins. He is placed with a relative and couldn't be happier. Mark loves coco melon and "sings" and dances when it is on. He is receiving ABA services and is starting to use sign language and vocalize some words. He is very loving and loves to be rocked and swung.
