Laila is a sweet, energetic young lady! She loves Katy Perry, Fortnight, spicy foods and dogs. Laila is placed with her adult sister and the two of them share a special bond. Laila is developmentally delayed, but this doesn't stop her from reaching her goals. Her sister encourages her to try her best and they love to celebrate successes together.
