Manuel is a bright, cheerful little boy whose smile lights up the room. He enjoys spending time with his foster family and has a special love for nature. Manuel entered foster care at birth and is currently on the path toward reunification with his family. Like any happy baby, he is actively working on reaching his developmental milestones and enhancing his skills in his environment!
