Ethan was born exposed to drugs and alcohol, but he was placed in a loving foster home. While he has some potential developmental delays, with love, support, and therapy, Ethan has the potential to grow into a healthy and happy baby boy. He enjoys being held and rocked and has demonstrated a strong fighting spirit. Ethan has no trouble forming attachments and has bonded well with his new foster parents.
