Paul entered foster care at seven years old and has experienced over 20 placements since then. He has always hoped for a long-term placement or adoption. Paul loves technology and enjoys working with electronics. He will move into an independent living placement, where he hopes to thrive, attend college, and become a self-sufficient adult.
