Fazul is a refugee student from Afghanistan who is currently in the U.S. as an unaccompanied minor, without any family or friends here. He has been in the country for less than a year. Fazul is an extremely polite and dedicated student, earning mostly As and Bs. He has dreams of attending college to study Computer Science. To manage stress and support his mental health, Fazul practices meditation, mindfulness, and regular exercise. He enjoys speaking with his family back home in Afghanistan and spending time with his resource family.
