Toby is a bright and engaging teenager who enjoys art and video games. He entered foster care after the death of his primary caregiver and has lived in a few foster homes since then. He is currently in a stable foster home where he is happy and able to express all of his needs and wants. Toby strives to earn straight A's in school and aspires to become a doctor in the future. He has a strong ambition to attend a top-ten college.
