He entered foster care after the death of his primary caregiver and has lived in a few foster homes since then. He is currently in a stable foster home where he is happy and able to express all of his needs and wants. Toby strives to earn straight A's in school and aspires to become a doctor in the future. He has a strong ambition to attend a top-ten college.
Toby is a bright teenager with a strong desire to excel in all aspects of life. Currently, he relies on a school-issued Chromebook, which he has to return upon graduating from the 8th grade at the end of May. Toby hopes to have his own computer so he can access learning materials throughout the summer and in his future education. In addition to his academic pursuits, he is excited to learn how to use the computer for his hobbies, particularly in art and video game design.
