Rian is a fierce, outspoken, caring, and happy little girl. She has faced a lot of disadvantages due to the abuse and neglect she and her siblings previously experienced. On top of that, she is currently battling a very serious and scary cancer diagnosis, with the guidance and constant care from her grandfather.
