Dale struggles with anxiety and depression. He spent several years in foster care before returning to live with his mother. Dale has worked hard to find healthy and safe ways to cope with his mental health challenges. Although he is shy and has difficulty with interpersonal relationships, he gets along well with his mother and is helpful around the house.
