Bradley has recently joined the Transitional Home Plus Program and is beginning his journey toward greater independence. He is currently enrolled in school and actively learning how to budget and manage his own bills, building the foundation for financial responsibility. While he maintains a connection with his family, he continues to navigate challenges with social anxiety, working to build confidence in new environments. At the same time, he is seeking employment to support himself further and expand his independence. With the support of the program, he is taking important steps forward—balancing school, personal growth, and the responsibilities of adulthood—showing determination and commitment to creating a stable and successful future.
