Isabella is a caring and determined young mother actively participating in the San Diego Youth Services TAY Housing program. Since aging out of foster care, she has worked tirelessly to create a stable and loving environment for herself and her young son. With the anticipation of welcoming her baby girl in January 2026, she is preparing for this exciting new chapter in her life. Despite facing numerous challenges, Isabella advocates for herself and her children with remarkable strength and grace. She is one of the most engaged and motivated participants in the TAY program, consistently seeking support and diligently working toward her goals.
