Jeannie first entered the foster care system at just 7 years old, and again at 14, where she spent the rest of her teen years. During that time, she moved from foster home to foster home, which meant constantly changing schools. She shares how difficult it was to adjust to always being the new kid, trying to make new friends, and struggling to keep up in school while dealing with so much instability. Jeannie has a deep love of learning, especially in the areas of history and technology. She’s particularly fascinated by artificial intelligence and the incredible ways it’s being applied in the world today. Robots in the workplace amaze her, and she’s always eager to explore how technology can be used to solve real-world problems. Jeannie is also a proud mom to an adorable and bright boy. Jeanie treasures every moment she spends with him. He is her greatest motivation and the most important part of her life.
