David is in placement with relatives. He is an easygoing, smiley little boy who is growing and developing rapidly. He has bright eyes and is interested in everything going on around him. He is absorbing all the sights and sounds around him, along with the constant excitement of watching his older brother play and interact with him. He is starting to form more words and is constantly on the go! David loves being read to, going to the park, and playing!
