Jocelyn is a sweet girl. She was born with substances in her system, which made her first few weeks with her foster family quite stressful. However, Jocelyn is now doing great and thriving. She is growing quickly and enjoys watching her foster siblings. She loves being held and giggles whenever she sees the family dog chasing a ball.
