Artie entered foster care just before his first birthday. Although he was separated from his large, close-knit family, he has adjusted remarkably well to his new home and has brought joy to his current foster family. Artie is an overwhelmingly happy and sweet little boy with a fondness for blocks, manipulative toys, and bright colors. He is always smiling, laughing, and engaging with others.
