Fernando is a kind young man who is currently residing in a foster home. Fernando is resilient and has overcome so many things throughout his life. He has always remained focused on accomplishing his goals despite anything that comes his way. Currently, he is working two jobs and attending college. He would like to one day work as a law enforcement officer. Fernando is always well-mannered, likes to listen to music, play video games, and spend time with his friends.
