Mel is placed in a foster home in Rhode Island and is working on building skills. She enjoys fashion, cosmetology, and anything beauty! She is in the 12th grade and has a supportive IEP to help her graduate high school! Mel is interested in pursuing a career in nursing or cosmetology. Mel enjoys spending time with her foster sister and taking car rides.
