Pilar is an incredible young person who is preparing to embark on her journey into adulthood. She is motivated and excited about her future. Like many young people, she is looking forward to gaining more independence and trying new things on her own. Pilar is currently learning about welding in her certification program and is enjoying the classes. Plus, she has a love for Hello Kitty and cosmetics. She's in foster care.
