Keatyn is a kind young man who is all too familiar with the child welfare system. He has been moved around frequently due to his parents' drug addiction. As soon as one case with the Department of Child Services (DCS) closes, a new one often opens shortly after. Keatyn lacks strong family support, and everything seems to fall apart quickly.
