Dania has been in the Division’s custody since age six after being removed from her mother due to substance use. She has experienced significant loss, including the death of her father, and has worked hard to heal from trauma. Through determination and perseverance, she completed several programs and overcame her own substance use disorder. Dania is finishing high school while caring for her newborn and planning to pursue a cosmetology license. She is a loving and attentive mother, committed to giving her child the stability she did not always have.
