After witnessing the violent deaths of both her parents, Madison entered foster care at the age of 16. Before coming into care, she rarely attended school. However, once she was in a safe and therapeutic environment, her life changed significantly; she completed three years' worth of high school in just two years. Now, Madison is entering extended foster care and preparing to leave her therapeutic environment. She has already made plans to move into her own apartment.
