Alexis and her sibling entered state custody together and have since aged out of foster care. Throughout her journey, Alexis showed resilience, maturity, and a genuine desire to grow. She spent a significant part of her placement in a Christian group home, where she consistently demonstrated respect for her house parents and built positive relationships with the other girls. Alexis is naturally funny, incredibly smart, and gifted as an artist. She expresses herself through her creativity and brings warmth and humor to those around her. Alexis is also highly determined; she has worked hard to complete her high school education and is on track to graduate this summer. Her strength, kindness, and perseverance make her a truly special young woman with a bright future ahead.
