Jordan aged out of foster care alongside her siblings. Despite the challenges of being separated, the family continues to support one another and do their best to stay connected. Recently, Jordan was accepted into a housing program, giving her a stable foundation as she transitions into adulthood. She plans to begin college in the fall and is motivated to continue building a positive and independent future. Her progress reflects her strength, commitment, and dedication to creating stability for herself.
