Windy is a smiley and curious girl with tons of energy. She loves to play with stuffed animals, play ”Freeze Dance” and ”Hide and Seek” and play with color-sorting toys. She is happiest when she’s in motion, chasing after her foster family’s dog or playing and jumping around with her older sister. She is such a sweet little girl and is absorbing everything around her like a sponge.
