Julian is a bright and enthusiastic young boy who loves to learn and explore new things. His mother works tirelessly as a single parent to ensure his needs are met every day. Julian is also the son of a Non-Minor Dependent Foster youth, and they currently live together in a transitional housing program. He loves cars, dinosaurs, and is learning colors, letters, and counting
