Shi Shen was placed in foster care with her three sisters, and she is the youngest of the group. She is outgoing, motivated, and works very hard in everything she does. She is proud of her 4.0 GPA. Despite experiencing three different placements and attending two different schools, Shi Shen has remained focused on her goals and committed to her education.
