Dion is in foster care and has a playful personality; he is always joking around. He enjoys spending time with his friends and his brother. Currently, he is enrolled in a program that supports high school students in foster care as they prepare for college, careers, and independent living. This year-round initiative focuses on developing leadership skills, academics, and life skills.
