Robert was in foster care for over two years. His transition back home has been slow because his parents have faced challenges in ensuring his safety. Growing up, Robert often had to care for himself and matured quickly for his age. Although he did not have a safe home environment, he was very close to his parents and began to act out once he was removed from their care. He learned to cook and groom himself independently during that time. Robert enjoys playing football and aspires to become an NFL player when he grows up. He is very athletic and loves the great outdoors. Fishing is one of his favorite activities, and he cherished the time spent with his father at a local mechanic's shop before his removal. Robert is looking forward to spending more time with his dad in the future.
