Harley is in foster care. He is living in a supportive independent living home at this time. He is a fun-loving person who always has a big grin on his face. He loves to read and listen to music. Developmentally, he is much younger and enjoys activities of a younger person. He is a sweet soul, and everyone who meets him just loves him.
