Elsy is a super sweet, energetic little girl who is new to the shelter program. She loves learning time and playing school. This has been a difficult transition, and she has had several meltdowns as she misses her family. Nonetheless, Elsy is a great listener and very smart. Elsy is such a joy to be around!
