Annie never had the chance to grow up with her own parents, and for much of her childhood, she wasn't even living with relatives. She moved frequently and faced significant instability from an early age, and as soon as she was old enough to work, she was living independently and taking care of herself. Without a stable foundation to lean on, Annie developed some difficult habits along the way, and for a time, her son's father gained full custody of their child. But Annie didn't give up. Through consistent hard work and determination, she secured her own apartment and regained custody of her son. Annie has fought to turn her life around. She has built beautiful, healthy connections with people who believe in her and continue to push her forward.
