Izzy is so precious and holds a big special place in our hearts. She has had an extremely rough upbringing and was not given an opportunity early on to play and experience a normal childhood like a lot of children her age. In the past year and a half, she has absolutely come out of her shell and has become a funny, curious, spunky little girl. She’s starting to use words and can express lots of emotions.
