Delylah is the center of her home, adored by her mother and two big brothers. Her family affectionately calls her "gurgglicious" because of the adorable noises and bubbles she makes all day long. Her mother, who is currently in foster care, works hard to build a safe, loving environment, and the family is proud of the home they have created together
