Tammy is the true embodiment of selflessness. A devoted grandmother, Tammy is parenting two of her grandchildren full-time. In addition, she is dedicated to being part of the lives of her other grandchildren living in other placements. Despite life's challenges, Tammy continues to ask for help and works hard to create the best future for herself and her grandchildren.
