Rosalie is a lively and imaginative little girl who brings her world to life with her vivid narration, whether she’s crafting stories about her stuffed rabbit or sharing her block creations. She loves pretend play, especially "cooking" meals for her foster family with plastic food. Having moved between two placements since entering foster care as a newborn, she can be clingy with new adults and slow to warm up to unfamiliar settings. Yet, her bright curiosity shines when she’s outside, chasing bubbles and picking flowers to give as gifts. Although she sometimes needs extra reassurance during transitions, her joyful spirit and habit of humming to herself reveal her resilience and wonder at the world around her.
