Selena runs a homemade friendship bracelet business, selling her creations to anyone at school willing to trade a snack or a dollar for one. She's a resourceful, chatty kid with a knack for crafts, spending hours weaving bracelets, beading necklaces, and coming up with new designs to sell. Selena has moved through two foster placements over the past year and a half, and while the changes have been hard, she's held onto her entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys making friends wherever she lands. She does well in math, particularly enjoying the "business" side of her bracelet-making, and she loves anything glittery or colorful.
