Kai is a creative, thoughtful young girl discovering her interests and learning what makes her happy as she grows up. In a more stable, supportive guardianship placement, she is beginning to explore her interests and imagine what she wants her future to look like. Although anxiety can sometimes make everyday life overwhelming, Kai finds joy in art and reading, which allow her to express herself and escape into her imagination. Her beloved support dog, Jesse, provides comfort and companionship, while class and equine therapy help her build confidence and meaningful connections. With continued encouragement and opportunities to enjoy what she loves, Kai is learning to feel more comfortable being herself and find where she belongs.
