Milestone House is a Short Term Residential Therapeutic Program in Oceanside, California. We are licensed by the State of California and accredited by CARF International. Located in a lovely residential neighborhood, Milestone House offers children who are survivors of child abuse trauma informed care and treatment in a caring, compassionate environment. Our programs and services are person centered focused on individualized treatment, programs, and services to meet the specific needs of each child in our care.
