Walden Family Services is a community-based organization founded in 1976 and serving children, youth, and families spread across Southern California. The Walden Transitional Housing Program of Riverside serves roughly 120 extended care foster youth, aged 18 to 21, through a comprehensive housing program that provides case management and independent living skills.
