Walden Family Services - Riverside Transitional Housing ProgramGem is a hardworking young lady who loves to paint and sing. She has some awesome talents! She is enrolled in community college while participating in Walden's Transitional Housing Program. She keeps up with her studies while receiving support with housing. Soon she will be totally independent! She has been in the program for over 2 years and has done a great job keeping up with her progress.
Gem wishes for some painting supplies so she can create more beautiful artwork. She is super talented and uses art to express herself. Christmas can be a tough time for youth in foster care, and for those in Extended Foster Care they don't even have the support of a foster family. Gem would be so grateful if she were shown support and love through having this wish granted this holiday season! It would mean the world to her!
